Terms of Service

Welcome to IMDADTECH. By using this site and submitting an EV charger installation request, you agree to the terms below. Read them carefully before you begin.

1. Service description

We operate a platform that handles EV home-charger installation requests in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The service includes: intake, estimate, coordinating permits with Saudi Energy (SE, formerly Saudi Electricity Company), installation by certified electricians, and delivery of completion paperwork.

2. Eligibility

You must be the property owner or formally authorised by them, and at least 18 years old. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to grant our team access to the site for survey and installation.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, give access to the electrical panel and installation location at the agreed time, and disclose any known electrical or structural constraints at the site. Inaccurate or incomplete information may delay the installation or change the price.

4. Pricing and estimates

Estimates issued before the on-site survey are indicative and not a binding offer. The final price is confirmed after the survey and once site requirements are locked. Any additional work outside the approved scope requires your written confirmation.

5. Installation

Installation is performed by certified electricians per Saudi standards and the SE code. Estimated turnaround depends on permit availability and site readiness. We warrant the installation labour for 12 months; the charger hardware is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel free of charge before work begins. After the on-site survey, an actual visit fee applies. After purchase but before installation, the charger is refundable if unopened, less any return-shipping fee. No refund applies after physical installation.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you have paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as downtime or lost time). We do not warrant the continuity of the property's electrical infrastructure or the actions of third parties (Saudi Energy, the property provider, the hardware manufacturer).

8. Intellectual property

The platform's content, logo, and code are owned by IMDADTECH and may not be reused or copied without written permission. Photos and data you upload remain yours; we use them solely to deliver the service in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is published here, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes are communicated by email to the address on file. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is referred to the competent courts in Riyadh. The Arabic-language version prevails in case of any conflict between language versions.
