Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect when you use IMDADTECH to request an EV charger installation, why we collect it, and how we handle it. By using the site, you agree to the practices below.

1. Data we collect

We collect only what we need to fulfil your request: your name, email, phone, city, the installation site address and coordinates (if you share them), your vehicle model, the site details you enter in the form, and any photos or videos you upload of the install location. We never ask for bank details or government IDs on this site.

2. How we use it

We use your data to prepare the estimate, contact you, schedule the survey and installation, file the application with Saudi Electricity (SE) where needed, and issue completion paperwork. We also use aggregate, de-identified data to improve the service.

3. Who we share it with

We share only what is required to deliver the service, and only with: Saudi Energy (formerly Saudi Electricity) for permits, certified installation partners that serve your area, and infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare and Neon) under data-processing agreements. We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

4. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep your session and protect the form against CSRF attacks. We do not run ad-tracking or third-party analytics on customer pages. You can delete cookies at any time, but doing so may prevent you from completing a request.

5. Security

All traffic is HTTPS, passwords are hashed with PBKDF2, and admin access is role-scoped. Uploaded media goes through a first-pass scan before any operator can view it. No digital system is fully immune to compromise; we commit to notifying affected users within 72 hours of any breach that impacts personal data.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to records we are required to keep, such as billing and compliance logs). Contact us at support@imdadtech.sa and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Retention

We keep active request data for the duration of the service, then for 24 months as archive and for post-install support. Media uploaded but never linked to a completed request is deleted after 90 days.

8. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is published on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email.
